Hypnosis involves addressing the subconscious mind to create positive changes.

Your subconscious mind doesn’t know what’s real or not, therefore any negative messages it’s received time after time have been lodged there and as a consequence, negatively affect your habits, behaviours and thought patterns. By reaching a level of relaxation, I work directly with to your subconscious brain and work to move the negative messages out and the positive ones in.

EFT is also known as Tapping

EFT is a simple and effective technique that once learnt, can be practiced by you anywhere and anytime you wish. It involves tapping specific energy points that align with your bodies meridian (or “energy”) lines. This technique has been proven to:

  • Help reduce the effect of stress & anxiety,

  • Improve mindset

  • Enable the change of habits & behaviours.

 

By stimulating these energy points you are sending messages to the brain to help eradicate the negative energy stored.

Hi I’m Sian, your Hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner.

I use a combination of talking therapies including CBT, NLP & Solution Based Therapy, along with hypnosis to work with you to identify exactly what is holding you back and support you in moving forwards.

Having sought hypnotherapy as a treatment myself I was in awe of the good it did. As someone who loves both to chat and connect, and also the calm and peace of meditation I knew that this was right for me as a path to pursue. Selfishly I get so much out of it too! I love seeing my clients progress each session and feel so proud of them afterwards!
